Yamatogawa Shuzo is a brewery in Fukushima that is 200 years old. They produce their own rice on the farm organically which is used to create the sake and their focus is on concentrated versions of sake that can be paired perfectly with various food dishes.

Waning Moon is a highly versatile style of sake – with notes of cooked rice and a creamy quality to the texture. It is medium to full bodied and has flavours of caramel on the finish.
