Description
Velho Barreiro Cachaa is one of the most appreciated Cachas in Brazil. It has been produced since 1863 using a double distilled method which produces a very delicate Cachaa.
The spirit is stored for 6 months in very special wood, Jeuitib Rosa, barrels. After the first distillation the spirits is rested before it is distilled again and then rested in the barrels for 6 months before bottling.
It has a smooth finish and a gentle, smokey aroma. Use to make Caipirinha cocktails, a classic from Brazil.
