Description

Spanish brandy comes from either Jerez or Torres regions, our Cardinal Mendoza brandy is from the hot and sultry climate of Jerez. Spanish brandies are aged usng a solera system and uses barrels previously used to make sherry.

Brandy de Jerez is intense, fruity and sweet and Cardinal Mendoza have been making it this way for over 200 years.

This is a single barrel spirit, made by distilling Airen wine in copper pot stills. The resultant spirit is aged in barrels which previously held Fino and Amontillado sherries. A trulystunning Spanish Brandy.

Intensely flavoured, rich and juicy with spicy notes.
