Description
Dripping with overripe sticky stone fruit, lemon zest & sweet tangerine this DIPA is bursting with flavour from the overly abundant use of Simcoe & Amarillo hops. It’s intense, as you’d expect with a lingering and notable pithy grapefruit flavour, synonymous with our beloved Joosy. A lengthy malt bill including a colossal amount of pale & flaked oats create a unctuous and pillowy mouthfeel with a soft rounded body. Our house yeast strain has worked overtime to ramp the volume up of this notorious brew to 8%
