Description
Tillingham are a Sussex based farm in the South East of England in an area called Sussex! They specialise in natural wines and pratice organic and biodynamic processes – however they are not certified organic. The farm is also home to fruit trees, ancient woodland and livestock.
Rosewater, orange and bergamot on the nose. Delicate tannic structure with some cassia bark and pomegranateemerging on the finish. Aged in old oak as well as concrete.
