The Hastings Project, are passionate about brewing excellent beer, and in turn maximising the donations to support the most vulnerable people in the local community.
This pale ale has been brewed with Burning Sky, all in aid of a fantastic local charity, Little Gate Farm, who help people with learning disabilities get into paid work.
With Cashmere hot-side and in the aroma steep, and then big helpings of Motueka and Riwaka in the dry hop. Big lemon/lime aromas, tropical notes and a touch of melon. Burning Sky’s house yeast has given it a lovely crisp finish too.
