Chateau de Cedre is a family winery and it was established in 1958. Now run by brothers Jean and Pascal, Terre Rouge is Pascals negotiant project – the wine is made from grapes purchased from likeminded, sustainable growers working their vines organically, eschewing herbicides and chemical fertilisers, and vinified in line with Pascals winemaking principles.
This pours deep red, with a very fruity nose, both powerful and elegant. It’s round and soft on the palate with great fruit intensity and notes of blackberries and small red fruits.
