A reposado tequila means it is a “rested” tequila, that is to say it has spent some time in a cask before bottling. This reposado from Terralta is a stunner – very high quality and suitable as a sipping tequila or for use in a variety of cocktails. The agave is sweet and rich with a fruit forward profile. The cask ageing has aged a nutty complexity. It’s a doozy!
