Description
Wiston Estates is found in the South Downs area of East Sussex, UK on south-facing slopes with chalky soil. They use the traditional Champagne grape blends of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier and use no chemical sprays to treat the vines – Wiston prefer to try to use minimal intervention at every point in the wine-making process.
The Trouble With Dreams is a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay withfruit sourced from both Storrington Priory Vineyard and Mount Harry Vineyard and partly matured in oak barriques. This particular edition has zero added dosage, so is dry in style.
