Spit-Roasted Pineapple Gin (70cl Bottle)

Description

Whole pineapples are roasted on a spit with Demerara sugar until they have been caramelised. That Boutique-y Gin Company then combine this with some gin, which cuts through and pairs brilliantly with the sweet, mouthwatering pineapple. Sip with ice is our recommendation, but its so good be careful not to go crazy and finish off the whole bottle.
