Sfera is a natural winemakingcompanylocated in Lombardy, Italy. They take local, organic winemakers to collaborate with to showcase in their litre bottles. They focus on showcasing native grape varieties – and once they’re gone, they’re gone and they move on to showcasing the next winemakers creation. Sfera is short for atmosphere in Italian, and reflects their philosophy on representing the terroir through the wines.

This is a macerated skin contact white wine made with Verdeca with flavours of honeysuckle, elderflower and green melon.
