Encarnacin Rosell Boher founded Casa Boher at the very early age of 18 in 1900 in the Uco Valley, Argentina. All sparkling wines created here are made in the traditional method using Champagne varieties, giving the classics a run for their money!
A blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, made in the traditional Champagne method. Golden hued and refreshing, this wine goes through extensive lees ageing leading to aromas and flavours of almonds, apples and pears.
