Description
Mas de Daumas Gassacs vineyards follow the principles of organic farming but are not certified. Located in the Languedoc-Roussillon area of Southern France this area benefits from having it’s own micro-climate and having similar soils to that of the Medoc – making it a perfect location to grow vines. The vineyard now makes it their mission to make accessible style wines according to organic principles.
This white is a blend of grapes – chardonnay, viognier and muscat sec – giving you a bright, floral, citrus hit on the nose followed by an almost oily mouthfeel with flavours of pear and green capsicum.
