Description
There is no added sulphur or filtering or fining and the wine is simple, old fashioned “farmer style” wine made without filtering or clarification. It’s sparkling, tannic with fine and persistent bubbles and with mulberry fruits and sweet spices, it’s not too ripe at all. Serve chilled for best results.
Fruity (Morello cherries), floral (violets) and spicy aromas are accompanied by sweet notes of sugared almond, while in the mouth the Raboso is dry with attractive astringency and a pleasant acidity.
