Description
El Gobernador is Spanish for “The Governor” This is another Chilean Pisco and made in the stunning Limari Valley at the foot of the Andes mountain range. Using muscat grapes, a still wine is made before a single distillation takes place in pot stills. This helps the drink to retain a full flavour profile. The citrus flavours combine with some floral notes to create a brandy that has depth of flavour and a long finish.
