Noilly Prat has a fine history dating back to 1813 in the beautiful southern French fishing village of Marseillan. The Original Dry Noilly Prat was used as an essential ingredient in one of the worlds first martini cocktails – at the iconic Knickerbocker Hotel in New York in the early part of the twentieth century.

A pale golden straw coloured vermouth with slightly oaked aromas with herbs balanced with floral notes. Taste is complex; delicate bitterness with a finishing touch of spices.
