All Centopassi vineyards are farmed organically from land that has been confiscated from the Mafia! Located in the Sicily region of Italy, the vineyards are found in high altitude areas giving their wines a fresh minerality.

This wine gives dark red forest fruits like blackberry and red cherry, with notes of spice and liquorice. The tannins are refined and smooth and the high acidity provides a good balance to the palate.
