This blend brings together a selection of Speyside whiskies before being matured in specially prepared olorosso casks which have had specially altered heads – from heavily charredAmerican ex bourbon casks. The resulting flavours blend the vanilla creaminess of the bourbon, with smoke from the char and sweet fruit from the olorrosso cask. It’s really tasty.
