Located in the Cotes de Blanc region Michel Gonet has been producing wine for seven generations since 1802. This area focuses primarily on Chardonnay with a small percentage of Pinot Noir being grown.

This zero dosage Grand Cru Champagne is made from a single parcel and aged 6 years on lees, lending a decadent creaminess to the palate. For a zero dosage wine the taste isn’t too sharp, just well balanced and crisp with a minerality reflective of the specific terroir it is grown in. Spectacular growers Champagne.
