Description
Mauricio Gonzalez is a Chilean wine producer who produces traditional wines using original rootstocks from an abandoned vineyard and using amphorae vessels to age his wines. His practises are as natural and traditional as you can get – down to the simplistic aesthetic approach to label designs. Simply beautifully made wine.
A light bodied wine but delivers intense black fruit flavours with a little spiciness. Would be lovely chilled and hasa slight spritz to it.
