Description
Matic are a north-eastern Slovenian winery located in Stajerska which borders Austria and Hungary. It is an old family run estate, now run byMatija erjav (known by his friends as Matic) who uses absolutely no chemical interventions in the vineyard or winery. Thecellar itself dates back to 1852 and reflects the stripped back and raw nature of the wines.
Postopoma is an aromatic style orange wine, completely natural and unfiltered made with Kerner and Riesling. There is extended skin contact which results in developed flavours of baked apples, honey and nectarine. It is a lively orange wine with a citrus finish.
