Description
Inger and Ian are a Hove based husband and wife team with a background in the Sciences (he was a Chemist and she was Biologist) and are now putting their considerable skills to use in the most wonderful way. they have created an urban distillery in Poets Corner in Hove, making really delicious gins.
After developing and swapping ideas, they both realised that they had very different ideas. This meant they created “The Chemist” and “The Scientist” named after themselves.
The Biologist is a bright lively citrus gin. Grapefruit peel isvapour distilled to capture the fresh flavour.Delicate floral essencesfrom Chamomile and Gorse flowerscombine with Juniper and Coriander for a smooth clean finish. Cinnamon adds a little spice.
