Description
Inger and Ian are a Hove based husband and wife team with a background in the Sciences (he was a Chemist and she was Biologist) and are now putting their considerable skills to use in the most wonderful way. they have created an urban distillery in Poets Corner in Hove, making really delicious gins and liqueurs.
After developing and swapping ideas, they both realised that they had very different ideas. This meant they created “The Chemist” and “The Scientist” named after themselves.
The Oak Aged Gin is kept in charred vintage French oak and American oak giving it an amber colour and and rich, vanilla sweetness.
