A fresh new conceptual Pet Nat from British-born MW Tim Wildman. He has used 21 heritage grape varieties from the UK including most notably Madeleine Angeline, whilst rescuing lost plots and abandoned vineyards along the way. This wine is an instant summer classic – frothy, fun and floral with potent notes of tangerine and ripe mango. The foam on this is also incredibly persistent and does not disappear!
