Ellis Bitter 67% fromLittle Pomona’sHome Orchard; Ashton Bitter 33% from Broome Farm, Herefordshire. Abeautiful match with blue cheese Stichelton would be just perfect. Has analmost wine-like texture, so also white meats&fish with herb sauces, or spring vegetable casserole.
