Description
Genevive and Gilles Azam make lovely wines from organically farmed fruit. Panorama Blanc is Chardonnay blended with some Mauzac and comes from vineyards planted approximately 400m above sea level in the in the Haute Valle de l’Aude.
Fermented with wild yeasts and aged for 6 months in tank. Crisp apple flavours are on full display alongside a minerality that is reminiscent of Chablis.
