The Knightor Winery is located in Cornwall, UK, where the grapes are grown in the vineyards of Portscatho and Seaton on the South Cornish coast.

The vermouths particularly use a unique blend of herbs and botanicals, tailored to suit each individual expression of fortified wine and minimal intervention allows for the wines to be made in an eco concious way.

This rosso vermouth has spicy and fruity aromas and flavours of aniseed, orange and caramel. When used to make it a Negroni it lends a depth and sweetness to it to balance out the bitterness of the Campari.
