Kaiken (named after the bird Kaikenes which fly across the AndesbetweenChile and Argentina) reflects the movements of wine-maker Aurelio Montes who travelled from Chile to Argentina to make wine in 2002.
Dried fruit aromas of strawberries and cherries are nicely complemented with spicy notes and menthol aromas. On the palate this wine displays extraordinary balance, freshness and soft tannins.
