Our friends at Heroes and Heretics have put together this wonderful blended malt. It’s spent 10 years in sherry butts – just waiting for you to enjoy the dried fruitiness and sweet flavours created here. A limited run of 880 bottles. Delicious.
Nose:
Honeycomb and sultana, followed by fresh barley and a touch of charred oak.
Palate:
Peppery Spice, sponge cake, peanut butter, grilled apricot and chocolate ice-cream.
Finish:
A lingering hint of toasted spices, honey and a touch of citrus.
