Description
Gun Brewery is named after the hill you find it on – Gun Hill in East Sussex. The brewery is fitted out in the barn of an organic mixed farm which derives it’s water from their own spring beneath the land – and to ensure practices are kept organic the water is UV treated and microfiltered. They aim to keep their surroundings protected as much as possible; the grains that are used are recycled to feed livestock, a lot of power is generated from solar panels and heating is created from a wood powered boiler.
Produced using 5 different apple varieties and chapagne yeast to end up with a crisp, refreshing, sparkling cider.
