This single varietal Sangiovese is from the Onkaparinga Valley in the Adelaide Hills, the site selected being the highest available at the Turnball Vineyard where the 26 year old vines are growing. Sangiovese being the grape that it is allows means this wine is still young, with a great acidic backbone and loads of ageing potential.
