Dating back over 300 years and thought to have been made by Piedmontese Monks – the bottle has been designed to make it look like a Christian Friar even with the rope tied around it’s “waist”. This has to be my favourite of all the liqueurs we have on offer at Seven Cellars – its absolutely fantastic as an after dinner tipple. Delicious, sweet and distilled using wild hazelnuts, coffee and vanilla. They are crumbled up and steeped in an alcoholic infusion.
