Domaine Girard is found in the world famous Loire Valley in North Western France and is a family run operation that runs a small vineyard, bottling only the best wine of their productions. They use minimal intervention in cultivation of the crops and in the wine-making process and mix using state-of-the-art modern techniques and equipment whilst instilling tradiotional values and practises.
Focused and intense Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire with aromas of citrus, mineral and stone. The palate is precise, bright, filled with zesty crisp lemon and lime and balanced with a gorgeous underlying acidity and pure minerality.
