Domaine Girard is found in the world famous Loire Valley in North Western France and is a family run operation that runs a small vineyard, bottling only the best wine of their productions. They use minimal intervention in cultivation of the crops and in the wine-making process and mix using state-of-the-art modern techniques and equipment whilst instilling tradiotional values and practises.
Elegant yet pronounced,delivering raspberry and cherry on the nose which follow suit onto the palate. Tannins are soft and there is a well judgedbalancing acidity to accommodate all the abundant red berry fruit.
