Description
The Colombini family have producing this wine,using traditional techniques, since the 1870s.
The hand harvested grapes are hung out to dry until December when they are fermented win small oak casks using yeasts from previous fermentations.
The resulting wine is aromatic and sweet with hints of nuts and raisins. Get hold of some traditional Cantucci biscuits to dunk, perfect.
