Domaine Saint Louis is a historic winery, a family run affair spanning back 7 generations. They focus on regenerative farming and practice organic techniques which they are also certified for. They operate in this way to respect the wildlife and ‘terroir,’ paving the way for the future generations.
A blend of peppery and tannic Syrah and lighter, fruitier Grenache.Ripe plum and juicy strawberry flavours give way to the atypical garrigue notes followed by supple, smooth tannins.
