The De Moor vineyard is located to the South West of Chablis, producing organically since 2005. They focus on producing wines without the need for sulfur additions, both in the grape growing and winemaking, opting to produce as naturally as possible whilst maintaining finesse and precision to their outstanding wines.
A Chablis made from 20 years old vines grown over limestone soils. Complex and linear, this is a classically made Chablis with finesse and elegance.
