Description
The De Moor vineyard is located to the South West of Chablis, producing organically since 2005. They focus on producing wines without the need for sulfur additions, both in the grape growing and winemaking, opting to produce as naturally as possible whilst maintaining finesse and precision to their outstanding wines.
Organically made and bottled without fining or filtering. Chitry borders Chablis and expresses a bit more weight within the body, with a rich and complex depth of flavour.
