Description
The De Moor vineyard is located to the South West of Chablis, producing organically since 2005. They focus on producing wines without the need for sulfur additions, both in the grape growing and winemaking, opting to produce as naturally as possible whilst maintaining finesse and precision to their outstanding wines.
Often the overlooked and underappreciated grape of Burgundy, this natural Aligote gets to shine all on it’s own here. Described as a fleshier Petit Chablis, this has plenty of minerality and acidity to balance out thegreen flavours – citrus, herbs and white flowers.
