Costires de Nimes by Dauvergne Ranvier is a round, fruity cuve with alluring undertones of extremely ripe black and red fruits, notably raspberry. The palate is rich and coated, and the finish is delicate and fresh. The majority of the blend is made up of Syrah and Grenache grapes that were macerated for three weeks and vinified at a low temperature.
