Description
Cynar (pronounce it ‘chi-nar’) is an artichoke based bittersweet liqueur with distinctive flavours which are enriched by an additional infusion of 13 herbs and plants. The name of the drink derives from Cynar scolymus, the botanical name for artichoke, as artichoke leaves lead the distinctive flavour.
Try switching out Campari for Cynar when making a classic Negroni for a different taste. Otherwise serve over ice.
