Description
Can Mayol, which bottles under the trademarked name Loxarel, and is a winery that has been farming organically for more than a decade who also employ some biodynamic treatments.Winemaker Josep Mitjans started winemaking at just 16 years old, and eventually converted the Loxarel estate into following biodynamic viticultural practices.
Cora Loxarel features grape varieties,Muscat, Sauvignon Blanc, Xarel-lo. It islight and dainty, slightly floral, but not over the top, and the palate tightens up nicely with citrus and quince and it finishes dry, clean and lively.
