Clemens Busch Trocken Riesling

Description

The Trocken Riesling from Clemens Busch is a brilliant example of biodynamic dry Riesling wine. It is produced from a mix of young and old vines, of which 60% is vinified in oak barrels and 40% in stainless steel, and 20% of this juice sees malolactic fermentation. On the nose the wine has notes of fresh lime and grapefruit with the palate exhibiting brightly juicy flavours and a tangy finish. This is an excellent biodynamic dry Riesling.
