Tenuta Olim Bauda is a Gavi situated vineyard in the Piedmont area of Italy. Each municipality has it’s own soil type which is tailored toward the grapes grown in that specific location.The Tenuta Olim Bauda brand was established in 1961 and with each successive generation the winery was passed down to the sons in the family to carry on the reputation of the family amongst Piedmontese winemakers.

Made with 100% Cortese, this white wine has a fine bouquet of intense citrus fruits and pronounced floral notes. It is well structured with a searing acidity, a lively mouthfeel and a long finish. Vegan!
