The first release of ‘Circumstantial Mixed Grain’ from the sister distillery Circumstance. This spirit keeps with Circumstance’s house style of long fermentations and short ageing to produce vibrant, full flavoured spirits. This grain spirit is made from wheat, rye and malted barley. It is aged on a combination of charred oak spindles, in ex-bourbon oak cask and 30L chestnut casks. This spirit is young and vibrant with sweet green floral notes, savoury minerality and a dry finish.
