Night harvesting and modern temperature controlled fermentations result in a bright, fresh catarratto with a pleasant trace of pink grapefruit, apple-skin with soft almond on the finish. The wine is unfiltered and has an encouragingly hazy appearance – excellent natural wine at a great price.
Ciello Bianco Catarrato – vegan, organic, hazy, unfiltered, fruity. This natural white wine has bags of fresh tropical fruits, lemon pith and a good belt of grapefruit on the palate, keeping it fresh.
