Wine has been produced at the Chateau Filhot since it’s foundation in 1709. The estate is along the southern edge of the village of Sauternes.

Classic Sauternes in style with freshness from the Sauvignon Blanc in the blend. Hand harvested grapes, natural filtration and aged in a mix of old and new oak ageing for 24 months.

Peach, honey, apricot. Full, rich and well balanced, drink with Roquefort.
