The 2019 Lalande-de-Pomerol from Chateau des Moines has an attractive garnet colour and an expressive fruity notesof black cherry and blackberry. As a result of being aged in barrel for 12 months, it has well balanced, rich textures. Expect agentle plummy flavour, supple tannins and notes of black cherry and spices. It complements roast beef, duck breast, veal, game, and aged cheeses.
