Created from a manuscript delivered to the Carthusian monks in 1605 over 100 years was spent finalising the recipe for this elixir from a blend of 130 plants. The reipe of this “Elixir of Long Life”. The recipe has remained the same since 1764.

Supposedly beneficial to health, the productionprocess takes several weeks including distillation and maceration.

It’s a digestif or a tonic. Have a teaspoon neat or on a sugar cube. You can use a few drops to give a herbal note to cocktails or put in a hot toddy.
