Burning Sky is a true farmhouse brewery in the foothills of the South Downs, creating punchy hop forward pales and beers of the beautiful Belgian beer tradition.

A beautiful blend of foudre and barrel aged mixed fermentation beers. Further aged on local elderberries before refermentation in the bottle. It is dry on the palate, with notes of earthy berries and a light spritzy Burgundy. Absolutely delicious!
